About me
The first thing I’ll tell you is that I’m a licensed psychotherapist and have been in practice for the last decade-plus.
And the second thing I’ll tell you is that if you’re primarily interested in those credentials, I’m probably not the guy for you.
My true titles are Guide, Coach, and Mentor – because the path I took to get here is much less important than the path I’m on today.
I have a deep passion to understand why humans, and our motivations, behave the way we do – both consciously and unconsciously.
This fascination continues to inspire and challenge me and is central to why I have embarked on this path of soul guiding.
My life’s work is to guide you down into the river--the river that is yours to navigate-- in a reflective, collaborative, & challenging way and to help you engage in a more & more deeply worthwhile journey.

In both my own work and my work with clients, I have come to understand a very meaningful lesson – Life doesn’t simply happen to us.
We possess agency and have choice.
